Stone & Lea’s Tomato Jam is handmade using locally grown tomatoes from the South East Queensland local farming areas. Using many varieties of tomatoes at their ripest, slow cook the jam using the traditional jamming method, adding no pectin or preservatives, it is an old favourite among jam lovers who grew up with this on their Grandma’s table. It is a sweet jam in where the tomatoes after simmering for some time intensifies the fruit leaving the pallet with a lovely tomato flavour that lingers.
